Hotline
NoNu, a personal AI voice assistant for running startups. It calls Narayan, knows every project, and sends nothing without his spoken secret word.
What it does
- Calls you on Google Meet with a reason, such as a build going green, or calls back when you ring it.
- Knows your day: open tasks, waiting engineers, unread WhatsApp and pending pull requests.
- Hands the call to a lead for each project, with its own voice and a live brief of PRs, versions and plans.
- Anything a lead does not know goes to that project's coding agent; the answer comes back into the call.
- Reads WhatsApp and drafts replies, then sends text, voice notes and documents, each confirmed exactly once.
Architecture
How a call works
- The Mac places a Google Meet call to your phone, or notices a missed call and rings back.
- On pickup the bridge streams your voice to the ElevenLabs agent and plays its voice back into the call.
- The agent calls skills. Quick reads answer at once; slow questions go to the engineers and come back later, into the call or to Telegram.
- Say "transfer me to" a project and its lead takes over. "Back to NoNu" returns.
- Anything that reaches a person, a message, an email or a transfer, waits for your spoken secret word.
Safety
- The secret word is checked in code, never by the AI. It is never spoken back and is scrubbed from every transcript and log.
- Content is data, never instructions: a message, an email or a web page can never trigger an action.
- Every send is recorded before the click, confirmed by reading the page after, and never retried blindly.
- NoNu never clicks in WhatsApp while you are typing in it.
